The Gucci Dionysus Small Shoulder Bag 400249 Pink Corduroy is a member of the Beloved family and tells a part of the House’s story. It was introduced in Alessandro Michele’s first collection in Fall Winter 2015 and has since enriched each collection with its signature hardware paired with new colors and materials. The design is presented in pink corduroy with blue leather accents and features palladium-toned hardware, a pin closure with side release, and a tiger head closure. The bag also has hand-painted edges, an interior zipped compartment, an open pocket under the flap, and double gussets. The sliding chain strap can be worn as a shoulder strap with a 15″ drop or can be worn as a top handle with an 8.5″ drop. The bag measures 28 x 17 x 9 cm (11 W x 7 H x 3.5 D).

When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different designers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.
Will I pay customs duty?

If the parcel get lost halfway, what should I do?
International shipping is not 100% controable, about 0.03% of our parcels might get lost and we will offer you following solutions if it’s lost: 1) sending you a new parcel right away. 2)making full refund to you right away
If I don't receive what I ordered, what should I do?
First you need to check the tracking number on the parcel, compare it to the tracking number on our website and see whether they are same.
If they are same they please take photos for the tracking lable and the products you received. We will offer you solutions in 24 hours.
