For example, dimensions are provided as approximations (e.g., a 12-inch bag may vary by ±1 inch). These nuances are hallmarks of handmade luxury and are not considered defects. Every single batch (even if they’re for the same model) will vary in the amount of leather, hardware, dye, and any material used in the crafting process.
A true defect involves non-functional components or significant structural errors that deviate entirely from the product’s intended design.
